Terms and Condition on Return Policy
In order to improve the service quality provided by us and avoid scammers , the terms and condition on return policy provided us are as follows.:-
FOR all return request please contact us , product must be return to us in-order for refund or exchanged.
BUYER is to be responsible for RETURN SHIPPING
All returned products must meet the following criteria:
All item received in error or damaged in shipping from us must be reported on the same day of received. You MUST contact us within the same day of order receipt with proof of photo/video if you intend to return ANY item to our store.
Return request AFTER 3 days and/or WITHOUT contacting us upon received, Return Request will NOT be exchanged or refunded.
Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received in error from us, will be considered (subject to condition) for exchange, store credit or a full refund
EXCLUDING shipping costs incurred to and from Maefare 4×4 Centre.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from Maefare 4×4 Centre.
Note: all return shipping method should be same as original shipping method (e.g. post insured for post insured, surface mail for surface mail, etc), we do not pay for return shipping if a buyer choose to returns a product.
All refunds, exchanges and store credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive.
All items that are returned to us damaged because of poor packaging will not receive a refund. (please contact respective logistic company).
All miss-ordered or returned items are subject to 25% restocking fee.
Refund may only be proceeded after return and inspection, we hold the right to decide after inspection if item(s) is NOT subject to refund or NOT covered under warranty.
Replacement items for products shipped to you in error, or you have ordered incorrectly, wrong method of installation or items covered under warranty, will not be shipped out to you from Maefare 4×4 Centre until we receive and inspect the item(s) you have return to us.
A refund request to your credit card or bank account can take minimum of 14 days or more after we receive item for inspection (we are constraints by bank processes)
